นิทรรศการ 'Exclusive Preview of the Only Watch 2011' ที่รวมผลงานนาฬิกาเรือนเอกระดับ 'หนึ่งเดียวในโลก' และ 'เรือนหมายเลข 1 จากคอลเลกชั่นผลิตจำนวนจำกัด' จำนวน 44 เรือนที่ 40 แบรนด์ดังระดับโลกพร้อมใจกันบริจาคเพื่อจัดประมูลการกุศลผ่านสถาบัน 'Antiquorum' เพื่อหารายได้สมทบทุนให้โครงการศึกษาและวิจัยโรคกล้ามเนื้อลีบจากพันธุกรรมหรือ 'Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy' ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีเด็กๆ จำนวนมากถึงราว 250,000 คนบนโลกใบนี้ที่ต้องทนทุกข์ทรมานด้วยโรคดังกล่าว โดยการประมูลการกุศลนี้อยู่ภายใต้พระอุปถัมภ์ของเจ้าชายอัลแบร์ที่ 2 แห่งราชรัฐโมนาโก และได้จัดประมูลขึ้นทุก 2 ปี นับจากการจัดครั้งแรกเมื่อปี 2005 เป็นต้นมา โดยครั้งล่าสุดเมื่อปี 2009 นั้นประสบความสำเร็จอย่างมากด้วยยอดเงินบริจาคสูงถึง 2.5 ล้านยูโร การจัดประมูล 'Only Watch 2011' ในปีนี้จะจัดขึ้นในวันศุกร์ที่ 23 กันยายน 2011 เวลา 16.00 น. ที่โรงแรมเฮอร์มิเทจ ราชรัฐโมนาโก
นิทรรศการผลงานชิ้นพิเศษเพื่อร่วมประมูล 'Only Watch 2011' ทั้ง 44 ชิ้นนี้ เป็นการจัดนิทรรศการหมุนเวียนไปทั่วโลกก่อนการประมูลจะเริ่มขึ้น โดยจัดขึ้นที่ประเทศไทยเป็นแห่งแรก ในวันศุกร์ที่ 26 และวันเสาร์ที่ 27 สิงหาคมนี้ ตั้งแต่เวลา 11.00-19.00 น. ณ บูติก PMT The Hour Glass ชั้น M ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน ซึ่งทาง PMT The Hour Glass มีความยินดีที่จะเรียนเชิญทุกท่านเข้าชม ก่อนที่ผลงานชิ้นเอกเหล่านี้จะออกเดินทางไปจัดแสดงยังประเทศอื่นต่อไป
PMT The Hour Glass have an honor to invite you to the 'Exclusive Preview of the Only Watch 2011' and be the first to discover the unique timepieces especially created and donated by 40 of the world’s greatest watch makers for auction by leading horological auction house Antiquorum to support for research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a highly debilitating neuromuscular disease that affects one boy in 3,500, meaning 250,000 children, teenagers, and young adults globally.
The great world’s first luxury watch charity auction 'Only Watch' holds every 2 years since from the first time in year 2005 and it's under the High Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II. It's last edition in September 2009, € 2.5 million have been donated to 18 scientific partners with teams comprising 90 researchers, clinicians and chemists.
For the 2011 edition, the auction will hold on Friday, September 23rd, 2011, 4 pm (GMT+1) at the Hotel Hermitage, Monaco.
This exclusive preview is the first exhibition of Only Watch 2011 timepieces in the world. It'll hold at PMT The Hour Glass, M Fl., Siam Paragon on Friday, August 26th & Saturday, August 27th, 2011 from 11.00am to 07.00pm.
